Finding the right disability support shouldn't feel like solving a puzzle with missing pieces. Yet for families across regional Australia, navigating an increasingly complex landscape of services, funding changes, and evolving policies can feel overwhelming, especially when city resources just aren't available in regional centres.
This challenge inspired Sharon, a mother of three whose two children with disabilities have taught her that every milestone deserves the right support to flourish. Her search for products, services and tools that truly make a difference sparked a bigger question: What if families didn't have to navigate this journey alone?
From this vision came the Regional Disability Expo, more than just an event, it's a bridge connecting families with the support ecosystem they deserve. Whether you're navigating the NDIS, exploring new assistive technologies, or simply looking for your community, RDE brings together the people, products, and services that matter most.
What's New This Year
Responding to your feedback, we've expanded to include comprehensive aged care solutions alongside out traditional disability focus. This evolution reflects the interconnected nature of support needs across all life stages.
This is how the RDE - Regional Disability Expo and Seniors Expo was born and has now become a reality!
