IDEAL Plan Management is a division of Nexia Canberra Chartered Accountants: focusing only on plan management allows us to focus our efforts where we excel, and offer you completely independent and unbiased services and advice.

We have been involved with the NDIS from the beginning of its trial and advised organisations and individuals on strategies to respond to the changes brought by the scheme. IDEAL Plan Management has a team of skilled and qualified accountants working for you to help you make the most of your NDIS funds. 

Our service is available to you for free, your NDIS plan simply needs the add-on budget for 'Improved Life Choices'.

If you haven't had your planning meeting yet or want to change existing arrangements so that you can also take advantage of our services, make sure you ask for Plan Management at your planning or review meeting with the NDIA or your Local Area Coordinator. 

How Plan Management Works

  1. You access supports
  2. Your providers send us your invoices.
  3. We claim the amount payable from the NDIS.
  4. We process payments to the providers on your behalf.

If you are required to pay for anything upfront, simply provide us with the receipts and we will reimburse you directly.
We will also send you monthly statements to help you track your plan spending.
