Quality Living & Support Services

To ensure our clients receive the best support, Quality Living and Support Services only provide Supports within the Shared Independent Living environment, this includes support within the home to complete activities of daily living, such as household grocery shopping or attendance at doctors appointments.  

We don't provide Community Access, Group Programs or other Individual Support Services offered under the NDIS framework.  

These types of services can be easily arranged by your Support Coordinator with another service to provide these supports.  

If  you manage your own supports we can recommend and assist you to link  with suitable service providers who may be able to assist.

As our name says, we provide Quality Shared Independent Living (SIL) (formerly known as Supported Accommodation) to people with a Disability who receive funding from NDIS.   

Our  trained Support Workers are onsite within the home 24 hours, 7 days a  week providing daily living support to the clients of that house.  

We do this in either a Sleep-Over or Active Support Model dependent on what is approved within the clients NDIS Plan.
