The Community Collective Qld is a registered NDIS provider, based here on the Sunshine Coast. We are a customer focused organisation, who have a collaborative and passionate approach to providing a range of services to improve the lives of those we are privileged to work with. We do this by offering services such as; assisting with finding employment, NDIS support along with creating community activities to help empower our participants.

We believe every person has different experiences, aspirations and strengths. In particular we have a keen focus on helping school leavers transition into the workforce and provide additional guidance to foster new skills, workplace experience along with giving them a step towards living a life independently. We continually work with a variety of Schools on the Sunshine Coast in support of providing their students and parents with key information on transitioning into the next stage and look forward to do more of this in the future.

As part of The Community Collective QLD we also have Your Employment Solutions, which provides a modern, fresh take on the disability employment services industry that is hands on and utilises our  25 years plus experience in the disability sector to support both individuals and businesses to provide a sustainable employment outcome.

Our highly experienced and responsive team see everyone we work with as an individual and specifically tailor their journey to their needs to provide a sense of purpose and enable those we work with to become their own solution.
