Blue Wing Care Professionals is a registered NDIS provider delivering disability support services across Campbelltown NSW, Beenleigh QLD, and Cairns QLD. Founded in 2018, we’ve grown into one of the larger independent NDIS providers in South-East Queensland and South-West Sydney, supporting hundreds of participants and their families every year.

We are deeply familiar with the ins and outs of the NDIS — not just from a professional standpoint, but from personal experience. That’s what drives our team to go further for every participant we support.

We offer seven core service lines, each staffed by specialists who understand what participants actually need:

• Complex Care — high-intensity support for participants with complex medical and physical needs
• In-Home & Community Supports — everyday personal care, community access, and social participation
• Occupational Therapy & Home Modifications — functional assessments, therapy, and home modifications to promote independence
• Speech & Language Pathology — communication support across all ages
• Support Coordination — helping participants implement and make the most of their NDIS plans
• Specialist Disability Accommodation — connecting participants with purpose-built, accessible housing
• Plan Management — handling your NDIS finances so you can focus on your goals

Every Blue Wing team member is recruited for two things: capability and character. We look for people with the right training and experience, but also the genuine warmth that makes a real difference in someone’s day. As a minimum standard, every team member holds NDIS Worker Clearance, a Working with Children Check, and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

We’re also straight with people. The NDIS can be complex and at times frustrating. We’ll tell you what’s realistic, help you navigate the system, and advocate for you when it matters.
