The Clifton Community Health Service (CCHS) is a unique community owned service offering a medical practice, hospital, residential age care, affordable independent living, Home, and Community Care services for the people of Clifton and surrounds. We offer holistic care and support for all members of the community.

The CCHS Health Precinct is a unique one stop shop providing access to all the above in addition to visiting allied health professionals and pathology services.
