HCCS was founded and is operated by passionate and dedicated Support Workers, who are driven in life to help other people. Our vision and purpose are to break the barriers and create connections between participants and community, with high standards of service. Additionally, it’s to create employment opportunities for Support Workers, empowering them with ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

HCCS are a Registered NDIS Provider. In the provision of our services, we support our participants to live as independently as possible. We believe that by fostering independence, we can help enhance self-confidence, self-esteem and pride. We provide an extensive range of support services, delivered with compassion and professionalism.
