Journey Connect is a Registered Provider of services under the NDIS for people with a disability. Our team provide Support for Everyday Living including Community Access and High Intensity Supports. We have Registered Nurses overseeing all Supports.
Our Therapy Team provides Behaviour Support Therapy, Psychology and Early Childhood Services .
Because we are a Registered and Quality Audited Provider of Choice, we can provide services to Plan-Managed, Self-Managed and NDIA managed participants.
