REFOCUS NDIS services provides culturally appropriate services to all individuals with differing abilities and children in out of home care, their families and communities.  We strive to engage and empower participants to achieve their aspirations and reduce barriers to reach positive outcomes.

REFOCUS NDIS services include:

Independent Living Skills – including domestic assistance, personal care, arranging and attending medical appointments, meal assistance, practical skills building

Social & Community Access – including expanding social and friendship networks, support with employment and volunteering opportunities, transition planning, connection to other REFOCUS services

Hub Activities – including our cooking program (Kai Kai), yarning circles, mothers and babies groups

Support Coordination – including help to understand your NDIS plan, choice of local providers, guidance on getting the most of your plan and making your funds last
