Recognizing the gaps in various areas, we understand that many professionals, despite their qualifications, face significant challenges in their daily work, leading to lost opportunities.

Inspired by her experiences reviewing CVs and hiring qualified professionals for her own family, founder Kim took action. She trained her team, gathered valuable information, and created Sparks Academy to make these resources available to the professional market.
